NeoRS / Web
Local-first web tool for converting XLS, XLSX and CSV bank statements to Spanish Norma 43 without uploading transaction data.
Version 0.1.0-dev.34 imports spreadsheets in the browser, normalizes movements, validates balances and generates a structurally checked Norma 43 file before download.

Reads XLS, XLSX and CSV in the browser, detects common columns and allows manual mapping when a bank export needs adjustment.
Generates records 11, 22, 23, 33 and 88 with record-width, count, debit/credit total, currency and closing-balance checks.
Reconstructs opening balance from consistent checkpoints and blocks generation when imported balances do not reconcile or prerequisites are missing.
Validates Spanish account identifiers locally and derives N43 entity, office and account fields without silently coercing non-Spanish IBANs.
Handles observed standard Revolut and Savings exports with Product scoping, signed fees, currency checks and sub-cent source values.
There is no backend, database or account system. A real N43 generated from a privately validated statement has been cross-checked by two independent parsers.
